Preparing for birth!

Apologies for not getting up any photos from our trip to Michigan or anything else after April, but here are some photos of the past few weeks: with our midwife, doing a belly cast (as part of our our Birthing from Within individual class), putting together the tub (with the how-to video playing on the TV), trying on a hand-knit poncho my friend Katie made, and painting my belly with henna as part of the mother blessing my friends had for me, and then getting ready to go out for dinner after the blessing. Oh, and the solo pic in front of the black screen is by the woman who took our family photos (which we'll see in a few weeks -- it was a free session I won over a year ago).
