More snow!

Okay, so I still need to post photos from the holidays, but I figured you all might want to see our latest fluffy white dumping.

We walked to a neighbor's today for a three-kid birthday party (other guest also a neighbor). What an ordeal to go 10 houses! John & Elliott later tried sledding but it was just too deep.

The photo showing Elliott with the shovel was from this morning, when he got himself all dressed in his snowsuit (an hour before the party) and was determined to go outside. I let him go out front while I straightened up the family room and before long he was yelling that he was stuck. I thought it was just too deep for him to push himself out of his little hole and took my time getting dressed to get out an help him, but his foot was really stuck! I couldn't pull him out and had to dig his boot out with the shovel!
